SURF OR SUP & YOGA
I offer individual or group experiences (1, 4 or 5 days) with 2 SUP or SURF sessions and 2 yoga sessions a day.
The aim is to improve the technical quality of the day to day surfing with intensive surf sessions and a personalized technical monitoring depending on the level of each person.
Yoga brings to our body stretching, flexibility and all the necessary movements to achieve physical and mental development in surfing.
